He taught me about the I effectiveness of some treatments in high heats (this was during a 10 day run of 100+ weather) and gave a 60 day warranty if we saw any resurgence. We have seen a few dried spiders show up but none alive. I like his responsiveness and go-gettum attitude. You can tell he is trying to grow his business and has an eagerness to make his customers happy with good work. Glad we came across him.
